A few French, but the great majority are American. Two organizing factors: Democrats Abroad and international schools. I hope the kids can maintain the momentum, but they must learn to push through opposition and defeat and keep fighting. It’s way past time for adults to put away cynicism and empower the kids.

Are these all Americans? I’m really impressed that so many would come out to protest while living in another country.
I hope it translates into action, but the wheels of government and change are slow and our attention spans are short.

Could you imagine if it was the other way around and Americans had to write signs in French? Not happening.
